Straight from the lot

Good questions. Straight answers.

From picking a tree to giving it a second life, here's a useful place to start. Unconfirmed season details and policies are clearly marked TBD.

Snow transition into Trees

Trees

Shape, scent and finding the right fit.

Meet the trees →
Which varieties can I explore?

The catalog introduces Fraser Fir, Noble Fir, Douglas Fir and Nordmann Fir. Compare shape, fragrance and branch character, then measure your room. This season's actual varieties, supplier, origin and inventory are TBD; a catalog preview is not a stock promise.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure floor to ceiling and leave space for the stand and topper. Measure the width of the room's tree corner, too. Requested size ranges and final tree dimensions should be confirmed before reserving; seasonal size availability and prices are TBD.

How do I keep a real tree fresh?

Start with a fresh, straight cut and a stand with at least 1 qt of capacity per inch of trunk diameter. Keep the cut end under water, check the reservoir daily and avoid heat, sunny windows and direct AC airflow. Read the Care guide for setup and troubleshooting.

Snow transition into Reservations

Reservations

Know what happens before making a commitment.

Start a reservation →
What will I need to reserve a tree?

Have your preferred variety, requested height, name and contact details ready. Choose pickup or delivery and a preferred date once windows are published. Reservation opening date, available inventory and confirmation process: TBD.

Does a reservation hold a specific tree?

Specific-tree selection, hold duration, substitutions and what counts as a confirmed reservation are all TBD. A request or email signup should not be treated as a guaranteed hold. Read the confirmed reservation policy before committing.

Can I change or cancel a reservation?

Change deadlines, cancellation terms, refund eligibility and missed-pickup policy: TBD. Keep your claim ticket or confirmation details and contact us before making a change. We’ll publish the policy when it’s confirmed.

Snow transition into Delivery

Delivery

Plan for the tree-sized part of your day.

Explore delivery →
Do you deliver to my ZIP code?

Use the delivery ZIP checker when confirmed coverage is published. Delivery zones, eligible ZIP codes, fees and minimums: TBD. A Brownsville address alone does not confirm eligibility; wait for the ZIP result and service details.

Is carrying inside or setup included?

Curbside versus inside delivery, stairs, stand installation, setup and access requirements: TBD. Before booking, share your access needs and confirm exactly what the service includes. Clear a safe path and make room for the tree.

Can I pick a delivery time?

Available dates, time windows, arrival notifications, rescheduling and weather policy: TBD. Have your address and contact details ready, and confirm whether someone needs to be home before choosing a window.

Snow transition into Payment

Payment

No surprises. No unconfirmed prices.

Reservation policy · TBD →
How much are the trees?

Seasonal prices by variety and size, taxes and any service fees: TBD. "From $TBD" is a pending price, not a quote. Confirm the full total before a reservation or purchase.

Is a deposit required?

Deposit requirement, amount, payment timing, balance due and refund terms: TBD. No deposit amount or payment policy is confirmed in this handoff. Review the published terms before paying.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Accepted cards, cash, digital wallets, online payment availability and receipts: TBD. The website examples do not process a payment. Confirm accepted methods before visiting or reserving.

Snow transition into Events

Events

A little neighborhood gathering, once details are ready.

Plan your visit →
Will there be holiday events at the lot?

Event lineup, dates, times, pricing, admission and any Santa visit details: TBD. Sign up for opening news to hear when plans are confirmed. Do not plan a trip around an unannounced event.

Can I bring children, pets or a group?

Family visits are part of the idea of a neighborhood lot, but pet rules, group arrangements, accessibility, parking and facilities are TBD. Contact us about specific needs before coming.

What happens if the weather changes?

Event weather updates, cancellations, rescheduling and any ticket refund rules: TBD. Check confirmed notices before traveling. A mailing-list signup is not an event reservation or admission ticket.

Snow transition into After Christmas

After Christmas

The season ends. Your tree can still do some good.

Read the Care guide →
How should I recycle my tree?

Remove ornaments, hooks, lights, tinsel and the stand. Check your local solid-waste service for the current collection or drop-off program. Brownsville dates, approved locations and rules: TBD. Do not dump trees in public spaces or waterways.

Do you offer January haul-away?

January haul-away availability, dates, delivery zones, pickup instructions, fees and whether a prior delivery is required: TBD. Ask about the service rather than assuming it is included with your tree.

When should I take my tree down?

Do not wait for a particular date if the tree is dry. Brittle needles, heavy shedding and dry branches mean it is time to remove it. Never burn a Christmas tree in a fireplace or wood stove. The Care guide has a recycling checklist.
